I get jazzed about making the lives of business people easier and better. For the past two years, I’ve been working as a freelance social media and SEO consultant, working with small businesses in the US and Canada on topics that can be really tricky. With seven years of marketing experience, I have the knowledge, expertise and passion to help you grow your digital presence the right way.
When it comes to my work though, I always go the extra mile. When I started freelancing, I was purely a social media manager. One of my main clients (a business coach who funnels most of my work to me) asked me to consider doing SEO for his clients. I knew the theory, but I got myself certified and took on the challenge— one of my clients grew over 300% in web traffic that year. I felt like I could still do more, so I worked short-term as a contractor rating websites for Google (through a third party) to really understand what Google looked for when choosing which websites to show. I took all of that new knowledge back to my clients and put it into action. While I work with some multi-million dollar companies, many of my clients are just trying to stay afloat- in my mind, if I can even do one more small thing to help them, I want to do it.
